Ambea establishes a Commercial Paper Program

Ambea has established a Swedish Commercial Paper Program with a total value of SEK 2,000 million. The financing will mainly be used to reduce existing funding.

Ambea has established a Swedish Commercial Paper Program of SEK 2,000 million with two banks. DNB is the arranger and dealer and Danske Bank as a dealer. The certificate program will mainly be used to reduce the Group`s outstanding debt of SEK 2,500 million, a multicurrency revol­ving credit facility, established in connection with the IPO in 2017.
