Their experience and skills, supported by our carefully developed work processes and routines enable us to provide levels of care and healthcare that consistently meet the expectations of our different customer groups.
Ambea strives to have work processes and routines that are designed in accordance with the requirements in ISO 9001 and all legal requirements. Quality systems are designed on an operating company level in order to monitor the quality of our services.
High levels of customer satisfaction are essential to delivering corporate sustainability. We continually measure our performance, not only through feedback from our customers and where appropriate their relatives, but also by monitoring compliance with our own standards and procedures. These results are shared openly with our stakeholders, and are a key contributor to Ambea´s continuous improvement programme.
